A man’s style should speak for itself. From the shine of his shoes to the taper on his coat, it tells his audience a little bit more about himself. Is he sophisticated? Is he laid back? What kind of impression does he leave? International photographer Will Knight -based in Chicago explains.

People take for granted how much impact a certain hairstyle can make. At the end of the day, the clothes on your back are going in the hamper and out comes a new set, but the hair on your head won’t be as easily replaced. This is why it’s important to find a hairstyle that’s suited for you and your personal style.

Finding a Barber 

Look for a hair stylist with the chops and equipment, and you’re already halfway there.  Your barber should have a natural instinct for hair styles that would best suit you before you even tell him what you have in mind. At the same time, he should also be open to suggestions and be receptive to your input to help build trust. After all, his job is to make you look good, so make sure you shop around for options before settling on a barber.

The barber style hair cut is currently on trend because of its versatility and ease of maintenance. It’s also very wash-and-wear, which is perfect for those with little to no time for hair styling in the morning. It’s a classic look that will suit most face shapes and is appropriate for all ages. The clean lines complement a variety of facial features well, making it a good option for those who are not as experienced at choosing hair styles for themselves. While trendy, it’s also tame in comparison to other hair styles, so it’s perfect for the workplace as well.
